Quote request privacy.
Here is what this website collects and why.
Your quote request
When you submit the form, Maid in America saves your name, contact details, town, cleaning need, preferred frequency, bedroom and bathroom counts and whether you confirmed them, or the optional commercial square footage you provide. The team uses these details to review and respond to your request. Submitting the form does not book an appointment or take a payment.
Quote requests are stored in the website’s hosted database and sent through Make, our workflow service, so the team can follow up. This includes your form answers and the campaign information described below. They are not displayed publicly on this website. Avoid including sensitive information in the form.
How you found us
If your link contains campaign tags or an ad click identifier, these are saved with your quote request and the page where you submitted it. This helps connect requests with the campaigns that brought visitors here. The site carries an allowlist of Google, ChatGPT, and UTM campaign fields between its own pages. It does not save other URL fields with your request.
Optional analytics and ad measurement
This site uses Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics and advertising tags. Google Consent Mode starts analytics storage, ad storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization as denied. Depending on the tags published in the container, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals before you make a choice. If you allow measurement, the site can measure page activity and successfully saved quote requests. It sends a random request identifier and non-identifying context such as service type and landing page; it does not add your name, contact details, town, or other form answers to analytics events.
ChatGPT Ads measurement is currently inactive. No ChatGPT Ads measurement script loads unless a valid pixel is configured.
You can decline measurement and still request a quote. Your choice is stored on this browser. This site also respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals when deciding whether to enable optional measurement.
Correcting your request
If the team contacts you about your request, let them know if your details need to be corrected or if you no longer need the service.
